It's honestly a pretty cool parcel as it fills out. The green space is unreal. I can't wait to see the second tower and the new over-tracks park.

Looking mostly great so far, but I am not a huge fan of the random tealish spandrel panels. For Claridge, it's definitely something fresh though... Already almost half way up, they are pouring 14!

Today:

Huge footprint for a 26 story tower! We have never seen a full render of this building, only the corner faces the pool. I wonder if it will be one huge slab, or have setbacks.

I went by today and it seems like a lot of the excavation is happening outside of the footprint of the building. I imagine they are digging the parking garage for the rest of the buildout at this end of the island.

This one will be absolutely transformational for that stretch of Bank, hopefully a catalyst for much more!

I don't know how I feel about the Claridge Classic Alibaba balconies on the tower portion...this is the first time we've seen them cover the slab...and then some.

I didn't have time to stop for a snap, but this building looked absolutely gorgeous at sunset. I realized the glass is all smoked with a subtle white tone, like nothing I have ever seen before anywhere. Absolutely incredible what can happen when a developer invests in out of town architects.

The 'excavation' is all filled in now, and the site is completely abandoned. This whole saga has been the most disappointing one for me since 900 Albert stalled out. I am not looking forward to hating the new Roderick Lazy designs for the rest of my life, always imagining what could have been...

The North tower is the 30 story tower, the shortest of the bunch. Interesting how many towers right around 30 stories are being built west of the core. We realllllllly like out tabletop skylines in this city.

Very exciting if this breaks ground this month. I have been worried by the break in new builds and the selling off of the capital views parcel, thought maybe Dream would pause until the sale.

Wow, that's significant and it certainly sets a precedent for Albert Street through the Flats.
