    1299 Richmond Rd | 99+107m / 28+32s | Brigil | BDP Quadrangle

Updated renders and stats, new proposal chopped two floors off each tower.

    1950 Scott | 72m | 22s | Colonnade Bridgeport | Hobin

This is SO much better than 1960 Scott...it makes me wonder if there is some internal regret/disappointment at Colonnade Bridgeport and they are making amends 🤣 It also makes me wonder if Barry Hobin went full tilt on this one to showcase superiority over the tragic RLA design of 1960 Scott...

    Ottawa/Gatineau Tourism

I can't imagine a better location and building. I have very fond memories of the Canada 125 Visitor's Centre in this building.

Live Nation Concert Venue | 50 Rideau St.

I wonder if the exterior is being revamped... it's pretty drab in it's current state.

    Ottawa/Gatineau Infill Projects

I just discovered this one on Woodcrest Ave in Alta Vista. Definitely one of the most interesting homes in the city.

    The Posthouse | 377-381 Winona Ave. | 19m | 6s | Azure | CSV

That was an incredibly fast build!

    1950 Scott | 72m | 22s | Colonnade Bridgeport | Hobin

Devapp was just posted, no docs yet https://devapps.ottawa.ca/en/applications/D07-12-24-0072/details

    Nokia Campus Redevelopment | 570 March Rd. | ?m | 11x13s-29s

Docs are up! Phase one is just the office campus. I'll post the renders and site plan later unless someone has time to do it this morning.

    The Monterey | 1600 James Naismith Dr. | 34m | 8s | 1600 James Naismith Holdings Ltd | Figurr

The window frames are not nearly as trypophobia inducing as they appear in the renders.

    Odenak | 665 Albert St. | 105+120m | 31+36s | Dream+Multifaith | Perkins&Will+KPMB+Two Row | U/C

Wow, I really love how the podium has evolved!! I really believe that this project and Releve/Marriot Renaissance will be the catalyst for proper high rise development in this city, the same way One Wall was for Vancouver.

    100 Bayshore Dr. | 95+104m | 27+30s | Kingsett Capital | Hobin

Kingsett is facing difficulties, and the larger project next door is from Ferguslea, a very small company that I have doubts can build what they are proposing in the current economic climate. We might not see any ground breaking here for a long while unfortunately.

    Parkdale Collective | 159 Parkdale Ave. | 96m | 31s | Richcraft | TACT

Now we just need a solid proposal for the last remaining lot on 'Parkdale Row', 139 Parkdale, after that silly little 9 story building was cancelled. 40 stories would be great.

    Latti [Plateau] | ?m | 12s | Capital Square | Blanchette Archi.Design

I like the vertical banding. If an otherwise unremarkable slab needs shapes in the brick to break up the massing, I find this more tasteful than random crosses and rectangles.

    Gatineau Police

Wow, they are planning to tear down a major building (and my favourite bowling alley) to build this. Gatineau really loves expropriating. The new design reminds me so much of the new library at Agora in the Plateau.

    140 Rue Wellington [Gatineau] | 52m | 17s | Mach Capital | Geiger Huot

Quite a gap filler on the Gatineau skyline.

    100 Bayshore Dr. | 95+104m | 27+30s | Kingsett Capital | Hobin

Things are a little tight at Kingsett right now, I'm a little worried about this project's prospects: Canada’s KingSett freezes payments on US$3.5 billion property fund
