I still can't create a new thread for the new tower, because we still don't have anything but a vague 10 year old render, and we still don't know exactly what they are building aside from possibly a glassy 23s tower. Very frustrating that Claridge can keep doing this.

I really love the near-final result here. One of the best 'fascadism' projects in town, unique setbacks, and quality materials...except the faux brick panels. Luckily, most of those will be invisible anyways, once the Claridge tower is complete.

I'll take any community housing, but yeah, the architect looks like they were 'inspired' by RLA 🤢🤮

They are about to jump from 24 to 25. The building looks far stouter then I imagined it would be, probably because of the girth and the fact that it's across the street from a 117m building.

We're up to 8 on the taller tower. it's interesting how much taller the ground level is in the 36s tower vs the 31s tower. Also, the very first three panels of glass have been installed in the ground floor of the 36s tower.

That looks pretty good to me! It looks ample for a modern urban arena with 3-4 towers and no surface parking.
