Colonnade BridgePort eyes 2026 start for five-tower project near Blair Station...
Don't forget their new tower in the Byward Market! That's a big project under construction. I am guessing they go for East Flats 2, Clyde/Merivale next. I would love to see that 50s tower approved.
Probably a 24-27s tower from RLA, that would be my guess. I doubt those taller towers are part of the plan anymore, they don't seem to be investing much into Westgate. It's surprising considering 78 floors of rentals just went up across the street.
If this goes up along with the 16 story tower, and we/3 is almost up, where does Gatineau rank on it's own in Canadian skylines? Somewhere between Kelowna and KW? Maybe even higher than KW, closer to London?
The base of this one is 21m higher than the base of Icon, it should have a relative prominence of 99m compared to the Little Italy cluster across the farm.

An elevator and stairs here will be epic. The experience of walking/rolling between here and the bottom of the locks would be so much easier and more accessible.
Absolutely. I'm just worried about the fate of the Byward Market. It's still the historical core of the city, but it might be even more relegated to being a tourist trap once the Lebreton options become available to locals. Even the limited options at Lansdowne have drawn a lot of locals who...
