I don't know, the murals on the other three corners of the block are insane! Hull has some of the best murals I have seen anywhere in the world!

This one is a nice surprise. I saw the crane all of a sudden and went to investigate. It's always great to see old housing stock in Hull replaced with modern density. I love the murals.

I really like the built form here, the massing is very aesthetically pleasing. It will be awfully cool for first time visitors to Ottawa coming into the city on the O-train in a few years with all the development happening.

It's really quite stunning. The balcony patterns work well here. I hope it's a huge success and we see a proposal for the parking garage very soon after. This is the Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan (owner of Cadillac Fairview), so the pockets are immensely deep.
