    The Gatineau tower was shut down by the city years ago, they would have to get a huge exemption for it to go ahead. In the last years they've focused on Canevas, but they did mention they would come up with a new project for their downtown land.

    Did you drive by on Wellington by any chance? The grocery store is behind a new street-facing retail unit that is currently unoccupied. It makes it look like a ghost town, but it should definitely be open.

    Block 7 is approved but on pause until a tenant can be found for the offices. I think they're referring to the supposed residential tower at the corner of Eddy and Laurier, which has been mentioned as their next building going up on the Québec side.

    I like the optimism, but the new Civic line 2 connection is like 4x shorter than a St-Raymond - Asticou walk, and the Cégeps would be 0.5, 1, and 2km away. It's not really better service if you need to take a bus anyway, not sure you could justify the expense.
