These towers, if they do end up glassy and modern (unlike the Greenbank tower that ended up pretty similar to the reclad 70s towers) will be a great addition to this part of the skyline. Outside Toronto and Vancouver, I don't think any other Canadian city has seen this much TOD along the transit lines.

Absolutely. Maybe you could consider Solar Uniquartier, but it's pretty singular in all of Quebec. Is anyone familiar with Edmonton, Calgary and Peel region to compare?

Three excavators on site, the hole is getting pretty big!

Pretty wild that Marriott Renaissance will only be the third tallest in the NCR for a few months
Fourth. Luxo is taller than PdV C. So it will go Icon, Odenak Tower 1, Luxo, PdV C, Renaissance. You keep forgetting about Luxo while I'm constantly referring to your list on Wikipedia 😁.

...but Marriott is three metres taller than Luxo and one metre taller than Les Terrasses

You know what, I am really glad these are going to come up. Some high quality materials and this will be beautiful near the riverfront. I hope we can see all those towers near Bayshore and along the 417 go up soon too.

What I like to call 'The River Skyline' will be one of the most unique skylines in Canada if built as planned, and I'm sure there is more to come.
