Couldn't find a whole lot of detail on unit count, parking count, retail beyond some surface parking for retail (though I can't see that on the site plan) and 1.3 bicycle parking per unit instead of the required 0.5 per unit.

115m at 18s makes this taller then SoHo Italia at 30s and 99m those heights can't be right.

The site plan is quite nice. They have managed to keep cars off most of the site and where there is a road through they have designed it as a woonerf. With the amount of density included here, the interior courtyards could be exciting places to be.
Also before anyone focuses too much on the actual building design.. below is from the design brief.

That was my mistake. I copy paste a title from another thread, and update each section with the info of the current project. In this case, I initially forgot to update the heights. Updated now.

What a great project, finally something in Orléans West. I know Nimbys will be all on it but I couldn't care less
I, for one, welcome the NIMBY response for building a new community in an automall/industrial park during a housing crisis. The comments will be absolutely hilarious.

Is it just me or have we seen multiple dense/high rise projects proposed in Orleans yet none of them ever really come to fruition (other than Petrie Islands, 1-10)?
Not just you. We have at least three high-rise projects around Place d'Orleans that have not started construction. The lack of progress is frustrating.
