This is SO much better than 1960 Scott...it makes me wonder if there is some internal regret/disappointment at Colonnade Bridgeport and they are making amends 
It also makes me wonder if Barry Hobin went full tilt on this one to showcase superiority over the tragic RLA design of 1960 Scott. 'Here's how it's done!'

I agree that this is better than 1960 Scott.. though I don't think we should be giving out any prizes for accomplishing that, it's not hard.
This one is trying way too hard for me though. Too much going on.

Nice design but I wish this one was any colour but white. The two (or three if you count metropole) towers already blend into a clump when viewed from a distance because of their similar height and colours. This would make it even clumpier.

I actually love this. Not the tallest obviously, but doesn't have to be - perfect for pushing density. Great location close to LRT. Do it up!
At the end of the day, I'm just glad that 1960 Scott will be blocked from some views. Hopefully whatever OCH builds across the trench includes some 20s+ towers, that would help as well.

Imagine if we get 20-40fl towers along & and on both sides of Scott St - enough that we end up building over the tracks and creating a long linear park/plaza. Would be pretty nice
It's really weird how Scott has been stuck around 20-25 floors, with the one project with 40 storey towers. It's like they forgot the 30s exist.
