A very busy site - from Thursday.
I went by today and it seems like a lot of the excavation is happening outside of the footprint of the building. I imagine they are digging the parking garage for the rest of the buildout at this end of the island.

Can't wait to see Zibi fleshed out. The taller towers going in will be awesome to see rising.
The pit is ginormous. Must be a tonne of parking going in.
Large but not very deep. Makes for a far quicker build.

from what I heard from someone that works there , the parking garage for the new tower will be connected to the existing underground garage .

Interesting podium feature here. The three steel tube columns. Also, the sheer size of the podium. Does anyone have a retail floor plan from the Devapp?
