An upscale 9-storey development within the Golden Triangle overlooking the Rideau Canal and a short walk to both the uOttawa LRT station and Elgin Street. The 0.73-acre parcel of land will be redeveloped with a 9-storey upscale residential building totaling 101,625 sq ft. of gross floor area including 75 luxury suites, with underground parking.

Haven't heard anything on this one since 2023, so not getting my hopes up. Would love to see it built though.

Main+Main just put it in their current projects on their site with these new renders sometime very recently, I think. I don't remember seeing it there before and I check all the developer sites pretty regularly.

Relevé is nearly done, so hopefully they mobilize on this one next. They also have the huge development in Kanata.
