Humongous project. All mid-rise blockbusters along Maisonneuve. Really wish we had high-rises with lower podiums instead.

I'm not sure. I kind of like the grand boulevard that these projects are creating. Now if they could just lose 2-4 lanes of traffic and create some street life, we would be talking.

I see that vision a little bit as well...but I'd like to see a 100m+ tall bookend on the East end of this long row of buildings. This lot would be perfect.

What a great name, especially as a memory if they change the name of the bridge after reconstruction (I'm almost sure it will get an indigenous name).

Yeah, absolutely no reason that they can't go a lot taller in that spot, or anywhere around that interchange. That is a bit beyond the boulevard section anyway. Maybe one day it will be rebuilt into a more urban intersection appropriate for a downtown area, but I assume that day is a long way off.
