Teal coloured panels?

That's not at all the colour palette I was expecting. Looking at the renderings again, I just realized that the building is shown at the golden hour, when colours are not accurate and all look good. Love the balconies, but if the building ends up looking like the Icon, I am not going to like it.

I've got big hopes for this one. The different dark and lighter spandrels in between the windows create some nice animation... however the Podium all seems very flat.
Assuming they are indeed sticking to the initial renders, then I believe that the podium glass will get some texture to it from the installation of dark coloured mullions/fins.

For the love of all that is holy, don't screw up the balcony railings. It's the key design feature. Please learn from Icon.

I have bad feeling about the balcony glass. No way they'll splurge for frosted glass.

Spandrel is glass. The clear stuff is called 'vision glass'. Here they are choosing to hide mechanical/electrical behind opaque tealish spandrel as a design feature instead of minimizing the contrast with a tone similar to the vision glass.
Thanks!
