There's some scaffolding up along the eastern section of building 6 (Corner of Alexandre-Tache and Eddy) Anyone know what work is being done?

Additional there's some scaffolding up along the north face of the building, but I couldn't get a photo

Probably just working on the facade after they discovered it was falling apart 2 years ago and had to close the MUP.
