I doubt it will crack the 90m threshold.

That enormous pit is filling up pretty fast!

Much needed after over 20 years with no full service grocery store on the island. I hope they do well. Doesn't look very busy though.

Having Google Maps show the correct location would help... there's also no hours on it for some reason.

I drove by the grocery store today around 1:30 pm and it didn't look like it was open. Maybe I was mistaken?

Did you drive by on Wellington by any chance? The grocery store is behind a new street-facing retail unit that is currently unoccupied.
It makes it look like a ghost town, but it should definitely be open.

A crazy statement in 2024. Gatineau is such an interesting place.
When something is built within zoning they don't need to show much to the public. Groupe Heafey sidestepped a lot of the regular process by getting the zoning for the entire site updated before starting to develop it.

They still have a large parcel across rue Saint-Rédempteur to redevelop, so it will be interesting to see if they want to keep to their original plan.

Huge footprint for a 26 story tower! We have never seen a full render of this building, only the corner faces the pool. I wonder if it will be one huge slab, or have setbacks.
Let's hope it's not another Claridge Royals East Tower.
