What's next for Claridge. With Moon, Royale and East Flats 2 all basically complete, they only have Claridge Hintonburg and the bland twin towers on Carling u/c. These are their other projects, approved or proposed, I can think of:

• East Flats 2;
• Gloucester Street;
• CIBC site at Dow's Lake;
• Merivale triangle;
• Nielsen Dairy Plant;
• Kirkland (approved about a decade ago).

I'm sure I'm missing a few. Any indication what's next for Claridge?

Yeah, looking forward to seeing an actual proposal.

Harley also mentioned on the East Flats thread their tower long proposed next to Claridge Hintonburg (Dollarama), and 28/32 floor towers in Kanata.

EDIT - somehow we all forgot Andaz expansion.

Good! Let's hope a developer who cares about Ottawa history (Windmill or Modbox maybe) will purchase the rest of the site. Ashcroft has purchased and ruined so many heritage buildings over the years it's frustrating.

Is there a place where you can find which developers own which sections of undeveloped land?
There's a really large chunk of "RU" land along Hazeldean and was wondering who owns it / when it might be developed, etc. Any ideas how to get that info?

We have any idea what's next for Claridge? I know they have countless projects approved or proposed, but what are they actually building next? This is the first time they don't have half a dozen+ towers u/c at the same time. I'm sure I'm missing something, but it seems like Claridge Hintonburg is the only one actively u/c atm.

I'm surprised they haven't broken ground on East Flats part 2 by now, or for that matter any of their other Lebreton towers they have planned.

Agreed. They usually have no problem building two or three towers at once, so strange they haven't even started the second tower at this point.
