Unfortunately I do not have any updates on that project.
I own a consulting company who works with multiple developers (high-rise projects) offering project management services from pre-construction to completion. We do not use or post our tenders on any sites as we invite our preferred trades privately.
That's very cool! I'm glad to have your insight here.
I'd say NEUF or IBI based on the rendering and elevation style, but I could be way off (and miss remember what their docs look like). Rimap seems to work with different architects on every project, so it's hard to pinpoint.

Yep, there was some work going on in the summer, but nothing since.
Downtown Marriott has a very nice new look!

So pillars painted black. I like the burgundy, not sure how I feel about the rest.
I hope they updated the pool area and terrace.

They also painted the blank walls on the tower portion charcoal. This is one of the rare cases where I feel like it kinda works.
Wish they had done a full reclad of the podium with some glazing.
