Could not find a thread for this one. Formerly The Westvue, 1946 Scott Street, 9 Floors proposed. Vacant lot now for sale.
Too funny, I just noticed this sign today myself! Must be pretty new! It would be great to get a new (much taller not charcwhite) proposal here!
Looks like the abandoned house on Bronson @ 417 is finally coming down!

It says preconstruction and on another site I never saw before called REW. And there's rumblings this may be next. Anyone who can confirm this? I'm going to be real excited if that's the case.

It's a former gas station, so my best guess would be soil remediation prior to sale.
I didn't realize that Bitheads had vacated Westgate a few months ago. The space is abandoned. Their website shows a Preston St. address.
Shoppers is really the only major tenant left.

I wouldn’t call it a beehive of activity, but saw two workers at Somerset House today working on installing a foundation in the excavated area
