I knew the old Ottawa Citizen plant wasn't long for this world. Great spot for TOD. A little annoying that so many of these proposals cap at 30s. I hope we don't see more RLArbage when the docs go up.
Does this double as an announcement they'll stop printing the Sun and Citizen?
