I wonder if it's just site rehabilitation, they have been doing all kinds of ground scraping there for months. I haven't seen any real proposal/renders for any phases yet...

They were building the roads and City infrastructure over the last few months. Renderings of P1 is at the top of the page. It will have 338 units.

Ahhh didn't realize those were P1 renderings, I just thought it was design brief fluff. That looks pretty great, and not a single charcoal brick!!

Hope the LeBreton project is proposed soon. I'd love to see the Library District complete by the end of the decade.

The Westward March of the core skyline is really picking up steam! The Great Clump is going to look a lot less....cuboid...next year

me too, those will be pretty impactful considering not much is beside either. they'll be pretty visible

That O-Train corridor is going to look bad ass in a few years, despite all the doubters on SSP Canada. Even if scaled back 30%, it will be an impressive cluster by any measure.
