Grievances Against Developers

I have gathered substantial evidence pointing to a suspected collusion scheme between the condo developer Claridge Homes and various players in the Ontario Condo Industry. This collusion specifically concerns the Claridge Moon Condo in Ottawa, ON. It could be even larger than that and include many members of the Canadian Condominium Institute (https://cci-easternontario.ca/about-us/board-of-directors-and-committees).

Thanks for posting RST. This type of info can be valuable to make informed decisions. We just prefer having a thread specific for these instead of crowding project threads. I've renamed the thread with a more generalized title so others with grievances have a place to post. Again, in the interest of keeping the forum clean and as uncluttered as possible.

In my previous post, I explained how Claridge Homes was oppressing the unit owners of the Claridge Moon Condo with a Shared Facilities Agreement which forces the condo to unfairly subsidize the new Food Basics on Queen and Lyon.

I have reason to believe that the unit owners of the Claridge Icon and Claridge Royale condos are also subject to oppressive SFAs (especially the Royale condo, since the Metro supermarket on Rideau should also be connected to that residential complex).

If there are any unit owners in the Icon / Royale who are concerned about this, reach out to me so we can continue investigating this oppressive behaviour from Claridge Homes.
