I got some really cool updates right from the developer today.

'total height will be 115m (377ft).'

'Phase 1 (under construction) includes tower "LUX-U" (standard units) and "LUX-PLUS" (all inclusive, fully furnished units)'

'Phase 2 will include towers "LUX-L" (25 storeys) and "LUX-X" (27 storeys)'

'We have some LED strips planned around the building'

'For Tower U (highest tower), there will also be LED strips (black dotted line) :'

'From the 26th floor to the roof'

'Our plan is to start construction of Phase II as soon as possible to be able to have our first tenants moving-in around 2028'

Happy to hear about the lighting. Again, more towers in Ottawa need some of these features. Also interesting that both the 27st and 25st will be built together as part of phase 2.

Yeah, not the best, but probably better from an energy use perspective.

I have spoken to the developer. It is indeed 35 stories, not 37. The two story penthouse is entirely mechanical. All amenities will be at the ground floor.

Layout of the 35th floor:
5 units :
2x 2BR + 2BA
1x 2BR + DEN
1x 3BR + DEN + 2BA
1x 3BR + 2BA

I know we complain about random patches, squares and crosses on other projects, but this one - as tall and visible as it is - will be incredibly boring if it indeed is 35ish floors of just grey panels.

The balcony glass will hopefully add some excitement for you. I'll take those grey panels over any charcoal/white brick punch window travesties any day. However, I would much rather window wall/curtain wall over this.

Yeah, that siding you'd expect on a low or mid-rise, not a high-rise.

All I want to know is, are we still getting the orange accents.
