Some of the architectural flourishes should start taking shape on the tower imminently. I'm curious to see how it plays out..
Looking forward to seeing those orange accents because so far, it's a pretty boring tower.

Tower crane and hoist are down, and the neighbours have got their crane up!
The trim on the tower is starting to take shape.
This one is exactly 115m using new Google Earth imagery.
The trim is nearing completion on all facades. I'm not blown away by the design of the tower, but the podium and the mid rise look fantastic. I think it will all come together when the next two towers are built.
Are we still waiting for the orange accents?

I like this building, but I think it could have benefitted from maybe having different shades of cladding on the upper and lower halves of the tower portion, or including more orange accents running up the sides similar to the podium. Hopefully they still intend to break ground soon on the other two towers planned for the site.

Yeah, would like to see those orange accents on the tower portion as depicted in the renderings. Otherwise it's a really boring tower.

They are there (even on the tower portion - just not every facade) but it's not easily noticeable. You can see them being installed in Hoggytime's Dec 13th construction pics.

I think those orange things are jack posts holding up the balconies, maybe to hold the extra weight of the construction elevator there. But, looking back at the renderings does show there is supposed to be an orange coloured trim on one side of the building, similar to the white one that's there now.
