Not a particularly attractive project

The one on the left gives me Orleans vibes somehow. At least that one is not charcoal.

What I don't get about the Clemow sign is that it's just the name of the building, not a brand. SOHO is a brand on 5 buildings. Claridge is a developer. Luxo will be a brand on a four building complex.

I would rather have the "name" of the building...Or coupled with the developer's name. ICON or Claridge ICON. At least it makes the building unique and somewhat branded/memorable. Otherwise we will end up with 46 towers in Ottawa with Claridge on it. "Oh I just moved into this new place" - "Oh, yeah where?" - "The new Claridge building" ... Reminds me of Dubai where half of the Towers are branded DMACC and the other half EMAAR
Yeah, I'd prefer "Developer ProjectName".
This Claridge project flew under the radar I find. All the hype was around Moon and Royale, East Flats and Hintonburg. This one quietly went up with no fanfare (or hate).
