Yup, quite disappointed with this. They really should have considered housing along Blair and Montreal, while keeping the giant labs deeper within the campus. At least they will improve the street grid a bit.
 
Expansion plans went to the Board Meeting in September last year for the North Campus (Transportation Safety and Technology Science Hub), and this past Board Meeting for the South Campus (TerraCanada National Capital Area Lab Facility).

North is expected to be completed in 2029, South in 2031.
