When eventually they build the BRT, they will need to revise the plan to break up the long block between Solandt and Terry Fox, and put a stop roughly where the "lifestyle street" is. This would help with the densification and redevelopment of the properties to the SW and along Legget.

Notwithstanding the previous announcement the ground is not quite broken. Perimeter fencing is installed. One access gate with signage and branding by Brocollini. As seen in the photo as well as observed, one site trailer, one steel container, one forklift and one mobile latrine. No sign of activity. Still basically one big snow covered parking lot. The pathway was ploughed to the site trailer.
