And that doesn't take into account the secret settlement with RTG. Or the secret settlement with one of the Stage 2 contractors (we're not privy to know which one). Funny how one contractor can claim damages for Covid, while another does not. Maybe the contractor claiming the damages is B.S. Maybe by accepting the to pay the damages, we're inviting the other contractor to do the same. My bet is that this settlement was with TNext, since it has to do with delays. They're 100% behind schedule, while TNext is only 12% and 30% behind, more or less.

Meanwhile, cost overruns in the GTA are absorbed by the Province, no questions asked.

Oh wow! I have never seen a progress shot of this one. Those newish townhouses sure got a prime spot for transit, jeez. They were built in 2014, I just checked geoOttawa. Too bad, it would have been a great spot for a tower.
