I was hoping OCH would work on it quickly to finish up the block within this decade, but Gladstone Village and Rochester will probably keep them busy until 2032 at the very least.
That lot is pretty small, so when they do get to it, should be pretty quick; one tower on podium with a slight extension of the library's park.
Here we go!

Awesome! The window ratio is as low as the renders, but I'm all for it. More red!!! There are very few non brick red projects of this scale worldwide, and most of them are striking.

I'm usually not a fan of this little amount of windows, and the bright red is almost over-bearing, but with the ombre effect of it getting lighter the higher it goes, it could be very nice and unique without overly distracting.
Some bad sunset shots of Odenak from yesterday. Looks like roughly 19 and 24 floors.
