I hadn’t realized these were rentals. Was that a pivot? Or were they initially rentals?

It was a pivot, they initially pre-sold several condos then "cancelled" the project, only for it to come back as rentals

The copper flashing on the front of echo is up. Adds panache and punch.

The main entrance is a bit underwhelming, looks like a side exit. Doesn't look at all like the rendering.
The rest of the building is quite nice. The copper is a nice touch.
