Greystone Village | ?m | 9s | eQ Homes | Barry J. Hobin & A.

Looks like the perimeter walls are all up. Excavation in earnest was happening yesterday with an ongoing daisy chain of trucks hauling out the clay soil.
Photo from a few days ago as this area hasn't been dug out further yet. Won't be long!

There are 2 large buildings at the back of the site being built plus they'll still need to renovate the monastery to include the catholic school (bottom 3 floors) and seniors low income housing (top 2 floors).

This won't look like this as the houses in the forecourt will slightly block this view:

If walking along the river trail, this is what you'd see (bottom photo of the two is the existing seniors residence):

this is the view from where I took my photo albeit further back:

The inner court. The sidewalk is to be public however wont be maintained in the winter months. The shrub fence i think is the school yard? Dunno.

Removing the last of the truck ramp for the excavation. Nearly all cleared out. Also dropping off or installing some sort of crane thing today.

I'll also add Forecourt has the foundations started. Additionally, the other large preexisting red brick building (where the nuns lived? 15-17 oblats) Is undergoing major renovations on the interior. All windows open and stripped backed to the studs in more than a few places.

https://forumam.com/real-estate/15-17-des-oblats for photos. Lots of common living spaces for the 215 studio units. There's an additional 69 other sized units including 10 three bedroom units.
