These renders are beautiful. Wow. Makes me love this project even more, and I already love it!

Agreed. Would have been nice to continue the street wall and even just have a retail space. Could have just extended the podium to the bridge, not the entire tower. I imagine that would have been cost prohibitive due to the receiving ramps for the Convention Centre.

That's the Shaw centre garage entrance/exit it would have to cover, not the receiving ramp.

The only thing that could make or break this project, imo, is the amount of glass vs aluminum spandrel panels. I feel like a lot of Ottawa proposals show LOTS of glass and when it comes to construction, it's 1/3 glass and 2/3 spandrel - I'm looking at you AC Marriott... So I'm hopeful or cautiously optimistic it will be mostly glass and a nice looking project
