Based on the renderings, it should end up looking like a downtown from street level. Looking forward to seeing this come to fruition. This process has been going on for 15 years though, with little to show for it, so not holding g my breath.
I do find it very strange that the Brooke Claxton Building has been identified as surplus that could go up for sale soon. Why have one building in the middle of Tunney's, the most iconic building at that, go on the market when this whole plan is going on?
