That tower will just poke up a tad higher than the Minto roof
Pretty wild that PDV-C will finally be taking a back seat on the downtown skyline soon. I'm actually a huge fan of the building, I think it's a gem of modernist architecture, but it really is time.

I agree. I am also a fan of PDV but it's about time it has some competition.

Took these Thursday.
They are working on the 26th now
So with the mechanical floor and angled crown, it should look like 5 more floors to go if my math is right.

They are actually working on the 27th. Fly forms are being place for the 27th floor pour this friday....weather permitting!
Took these yesterday morning.
New renderings! Closer to what we're seeing so far. Losing the angled roof on the tallest tower, but at least it won't be a box with metal siding. I do feel like the top will now been useable space for tenants. If that's the case, it will be 30 floors.
