The day has come at long last! The first glass is going up on the main tower! It's hard to tell when it's in the shade, but I think it maybe be a greyish blue, less deep than the midrise tower.

Surprised to see the brick still up on the ground floor.

Based on the rendering, there appears to be a brick facade for the ground floor of the 15/25 Eddy building. Maybe they are keeping the original brick. Maybe they are doing the same thing for 10 Wellington but I don't think there is a rendering from the north side that would show the ground floor
Glad they are keeping some of the brick, a tie to the original vision.
It is definitely the same glass as the midrise.
I am very curious if the taller section of the building will get the vertical ribbing from the renders.

Glass looks like Constitution Square-ish.
Constitution Square is incredibly uniform. Can't even tell the difference between looking glass and spandrel. Only the interior lights at night give it away.
Right now:
The glass looks neat when it's fogged up...which is only happening because it is exposed.
That's a lot of glass with the Eddy building next door and Portage. Hopefully the added fake stone elements will provide a good balance.
We finally know how the corners are being done!
