It's really creeping up! I think the glazing is actually a different shade on this tower side compared to the mid rise. I have seen them in the same light, and it seems darker on the tower. I'm really interested to see if the flourishes from the render make it to the final product on the taller tower side.

This just seems to be crawling at a snail's pace. It's going to be quite a change when it's all done.
Well here's a nice little flourish! There is a recessed band half way up the lower tower. I have been a little worried about these massive walls of uninterrupted glass, but it looks like there is going to be a lot of little surprises.
Edit: The banding is actually noticeable in the render now that I look closely. It's not a very high resolution render (the only one we have), but it looks like it's going to be true to form.

Any indication if they'll add the fins to the tallest tower?

The first glass is up on the big tower! We really are getting the vertical banding from the renders. It's a nice bronze tone, which I think will contrast very nicely with all the glass.
