Quite nice indeed. Should contrast well with the more brutalist DND HQ and Westin.

This building is absolutely huge from street level
I prefer the light glazing on every render (including the approved plans). It's not the worst Bait & Switch, but it makes me curious about how this happened.
In this case, I think I'm happy with the switch to a darker palette since the Rideau Centre complex is mostly light grey concrete. This ties in well with the Convention Centre.

It will also break up the beige from the Westin and DND when viewed from downtown.

Looks like they've poured the roof slab of the northern half, and have one more storey to go on the southern half. Almost topped out!

Top notch glazing on this one. The windows have an incredible reflective shine at twilight. I'll try to snap a pic next time I see it.

Looks great, also looking forward to seeing the integration with the old building. And the balcony railings, fingers crossed we are not disappointed with some cheap switcharoo.
The very first balcony glass is up...and it is most excellent!
