Maybe the Zibi buildings need generator backup because their primarily energy runs off the shitpaper plant? I hope they paint it white if it's staying

I think shitpaper plant provides warm water for their heat pump or something.

The river facing side, from ground level, is really disappointing, Wasn't this development supposed to connect to the river?

Otherwise, it's almost identical to the renderings. Looks great in skyline views.

They seem to be going for an industrial-chic look at street level to tie into the theme, but it's not working for me here.

At the moment, yes.

Nothing proposed taller yet, but in many of the massing renders in planning documents it appears some similar height buildings could appear some day, both on the island and on the Québec side.

Here's a rendering from a few years ago, before this one was designed. I'm seeing 3 to 5 towers that could potentially be taller if you consider this one is taller than initially planned.
