Due to closed sidewalks there are not many vantage points to take photos at this stage at ground level. Until it starts to rise out if the ground I do not see myself taking any more pics for awhile.

We're getting close to ground level. Going to take a while to build those complex podiums, though it will be a thrill to see them form. Once those are done, it should go quite quickly with relatively simple towers. I assume it will be all concrete until they get to the slopped roof lines, which should be steel (Canadian steel hopefully).

Yeah these will definitely have a slow start and then will start flying. I'm curious what will go up first now, this or the Marriott on Slater. My money would be on these.
All this to say, after they're done, I would LOVE for Dream to take on another tall tower. The city or Feds should work with them to build something either at Bayview yards or Tunney's. I'm hoping for 45+ stories.

These have a huge head start on the Renaissance, pretty much being at ground level while the other is a few weeks from getting a crane, so 100% these will beat it handily.

Got a quick pic from the train: at least one of the towers is tall enough to see from down here. They're really gonna loom once they're done.
