It's a surprisingly large lot, I think they could fit a substantial amount of units on it.

They definitely could. I remember a few years ago when I was like what will they do with it.
I really hope they do something really dense and high quality. It would go very well with Odenak.

I'm legitimately so excited. So excited, that when I visited Netherlands, I had to go see the comparable building (Ministerie van Justitie) in The Hague. I was really excited to see it, and this will be with two of them instead!!
I wonder if anyone knows if Dream will be moving onto a bigger taller tower next after this? If I was NCC, I'd work to get them another lot with how efficient and amazing they've started this.

So assuming that they are keeping up a good pace and pouring one floor per week on average, we should expect these towers to top out by around April of next year.

Wow! Amazing progress so far. This one is just flying away! Should start picking up even more speed now that they are moving on to the tower floor plates.

This thing is going to be an absolute monster when finished. Already it has such a massive presence on the corner of Booth and Albert.

The podium on the east tower truly has a gargantuan floorplate. Seeing it from this angle, I understand why it lags behind the west.

it's not lagging because it is bigger. they are doing it on purpose to help with site logistics, crane swings, etc.
