True, that's a good point. Maybe because the canal brings so much traffic I assumed it was like that 24/7. I really think that intersection has so much wasted potential. Hopefully with the new boardwalk stuff the NCC is trying at Dow's lake, the hospital and overall densification it can become a pleasant area. This depends on Carling not being, well... Carling.Probably just a lack of foot traffic at the moment. The only time I see a notable amount of people going by is during the Tulip Festival. That will all change once the hospital is built.
