Moxy Marriott / Major Apartments | 126 York St. & 151 George St. | 72m | 22s | Rimap | Le Groupe Architex

Having three Marriott hotels within a block of each other is going to create a little confusion with some customers 🤣
They all have different brand names so your average person should easily figure it out. Same with the three Marriott's between Kent & Bay eventually!

Every city seems to have a million Marriotts in close proximity. Just booked a short trip to Chicago, and it was mind-numbing how many Marriotts (and every other brand) they have in the Loop.

Three? The Marriott at PdV with the revolving banquet hall, the Renaissnace... what's the third? I know Marriott owns Delta, but it's not Marriott branded.

The pre-cast ā€œbrickā€ has been cleaned and is looking much better

Yes it is the Delta which is a Marriott brand.

Had some worries about this project for a while, but it's turning out quite nicely. Definite step up from the AC Marriott.

Fake brick panels have been cleaned it seems. You'd think they would have done that at the end. Looks acceptable.

That glass wall area terrace is an amenity space for residents and hotel guests. That 6th floor area with the glass wall is the pool & gym.

Imagine if the first floor brick masonry was carried through to the upper floors where the brick precast is, project would have looked much nicer.
