At 7:05 they mentioned a building in the downtown core of a similar size as 110 O'Connor with a facade predominantly made of glass that will also come down but they couldn't leak the address because it's not public yet. I wonder which building they're talking about

Perhaps 150 Laurier? It seems a bit smaller but is detenanted.

That one for sure. It's been proposed for a few years now. There's also 77 Metcalfe. Posted about it on the previous page. That was our first curtain wall office building from the 50s, reclad in the 80s. That one is quite sad as it's quite handsome.
