    Renaissance Marriot / OROS Apartments | 395 Slater St. | 118m | 36s | Rimap | IBI+GeigerHuot | U/C

This is just about to start rising. Grade in 3-4 weeks I figure.

    Gatineau | Le W/E 2/3 | ?m | 13/26s | Heafey | PMA

11 stories so far. It's still invisible from most angles, but it will really start to impress in a couple of months.

Renewal of Les Terrasses de la Chaudière complex [Hull] | Public Services and Procurement Canada | BBB+Adamson | U/C

The first glass is up on the big tower! We really are getting the vertical banding from the renders. It's a nice bronze tone, which I think will contrast very nicely with all the glass.

So cool...at least until the last minute Ottawafication occurs.

    Riviera Gate III | 1300 McWatters Rd | 79m | 25s | Homestead | RLA

I just drove by, didn't have time for a pic. The cladding is going up. The tower is all nasty dark grey precast panels like the podium of Riverain.

    1822 Bank Street | 135/100/84/80m | 40/30/25/24s | BGO | Hobin

This site is at around 92m elevation, around 20m higher than most of downtown, 40m higher than the flats. These would be very prominent on the cityscape.

    Gatineau | Mellem Manoir-des-Trembles | ?m | 7s | Maître Carré | ACDF

Interesting they went with the Alibabalconies in the courtyard, but the over-slab frosted on the exterior facade. It's a really fantastic project overall.

    Maison Riverain | 2 Montreal Rd. | 76/94/106m | 22/28/32s | Main+Main+Equiton | RLA

So the 28 story tower is going up next, and it's a full blown excavation already!!

    384 Arlington | 24s | 79m | Windmill | NEUF | Proposed

Even here in Gatineau the charcwhites are generally vastly superior in execution. RLA is really the Dollarama Charchwhite firm. Neuf also seems to sleep through their Ottawa designs compared to their Québec designs.

    Rideau Registry Residences | 70 Nicholas St. | 66m | 21s | Cadillac Fairview | Zeidler

The very first balcony glass is up...and it is most excellent!

    Ascent @ LeBreton Flats | 86m+102m | 25s+30s | Claridge | EVOQ

I totally agree. It will be perfectly fine neutral filler once it's in the background, but right now it's just far too prominent and slablike.

    Claridge Hintonburg | 1040 Somerset St. W. | 99m | 30s | Claridge | architectsAlliance | U/C

This design would look great in the 40-60s range. Claridge has an old proposal for the lot across the street.. Wouldn't it be something if they twinned this design with a taller tower with the wedge facing the other way?

    300 Tremblay Road | 19.8m | 6s | TCU | Project 1

TCU is so weird with their midrises. This one has a concrete first floor and wood on 2-6, the one on Cyrville is completely steel framed, and the one on Cummings is completely concrete.

    Renaissance Marriot / OROS Apartments | 395 Slater St. | 118m | 36s | Rimap | IBI+GeigerHuot | U/C

I believe so!! I have long wondered when we would finally see one. I expected a 50+ floor build. I guess it makes sense here because of instructions.
