This one will be a nice one to see go up, and it'll contrast well with the Granite towers. Drove by it the other day, it's pretty impactful to the area already!

Working on the brick on podium and the fourth floor of the tower now. Brickwork looking pretty.
I like what they did with the expansion joints, the rows of bricks extruding from the facade instead of just a line. Whole thing looks really good. Great quality. Not charcoal.

You can see the glass in the second picture bottom to the right of the 3rd and 4th floors of brick. They are working slowly but surely on the tower glass.
Amazing what happens when a developer hires a quality Toronto based architect...

Tower panels are going in at pace now. I think there is another couple floors installed. I think they will seal this all up this summer.

It’s looking great. The waves are really starting to show on the tower portion, and the podium is going to have some texture in the red bricks.
That brick looks like it's been on a heritage factory for 100 years. Quite nice!

Tough to choose between this and richcraft on parkdale. If this was 30+ stories it would take it. Those balconies on the collective just make it a little more standout. A great project nevertheless. Hope azure becomes a key player in ottawa.

This one and the Granite Curling Club towers will be such a great impact for Westboro. Can't wait to see all 3 of the towers up and standing together.
